Are orders dispatched in discreet packaging?

All orders are dispatched in plain packaging ensuring discretion. There is no reference to ‘Kinky Bones’ anywhere on the outer packaging.

I want to send a gift, can I send an order to an alternative address?

Yes, all you need to do is ensure you put the name and address of the person you would like to gift the item to in the ‘Delivery’ address details at the checkout.

If you want to send a note or add gift wrap, please ensure you add the relevant options to your order, otherwise your order will be sent as standard to the recipient which includes the invoice.

How long does order processing take?

We strive to create and dispatch your order as quickly as possible with the utmost care, we want you to be as excited by your order as much as we are.

We aim to dispatch items as quick as possible however during peak times, our handling time may be longer.
